Jollyfer.com – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jollyfer.com, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both service partners and customers. This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules, timelines, and charges applicable when a confirmed booking is cancelled by either party.


1. General Guidelines

  • This policy applies to all services booked through Jollyfer.com (virtual, at-home, or at-salon).

  • Cancellations must be made through the Jollyfer app/website or by contacting customer support (support@jollyfer.com).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Jollyfer.com reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.


2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

2.1 Time-Based Rules

  • More than 24 hours before service timeFull refund (no cancellation fee).

  • 6–24 hours before service time50% refund (50% cancellation fee).

  • Less than 6 hours before service timeNo refund (100% cancellation fee).

2.2 Special Cases

  • If the booking was made under a non-refundable offer, no refund will be processed.

  • For multi-session packages, cancellation is only applicable to unused sessions.


3. Partner-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a service partner cancels after accepting a booking:

    • More than 24 hours before service → Customer receives full refund.

    • Within 24 hours before service → Customer receives full refund + ₹200 credit as inconvenience compensation.

  • Partners with repeated cancellations may face account suspension.


4. No-Show Policy

4.1 Customer No-Show

  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable for 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the booking will be marked as Completed and no refund will be issued.

4.2 Partner No-Show

  • If the partner fails to arrive within scheduled time without prior notice, or due to any unforeseen events the customer will receive a full refund + ₹200 credit.


5. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 6 hours before service time without any extra charge.

  • Less than 6 hours before service time → rescheduling may incur a ₹500 fee (waived for emergencies).


6. Force Majeure

  • In events like natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, both customer and partner may cancel without penalties.

  • Refunds or credits will be provided on a case-by-case basis.


7. Platform Rights

  • Jollyfer.com reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion due to fraud suspicion, partner unavailability, safety concerns, or violation of terms.

  • In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
