1. INTRODUCTION

 


This Service Agreement ("Agreement”) is entered between the Service Provider ("Partner” or "You”) and Faceons Internet Private Limited, the owner of Jollyfer.com ("Platform”, "We”, "Us”, or "Company”), for the purpose of offering beauty, wellness, grooming, fashion styling, and allied services through the Jollyfer.com platform.


By registering and offering services through Jollyfer.com, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.

 


 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

 


To become a Partner, you must:

 

  • Be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract.

  • Possess relevant skills, certifications, or experience in your category.

  • Provide valid government-issued identification and address proof.

  • Agree to verification, background checks, and onboarding procedures.

 

 


 

 

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

 


Partners may provide one or more of the following services:

 

  • Beauty Services: Skincare, makeup, facial, hair removal, etc.

  • Hair Services: Haircuts, coloring, styling, treatments, etc.

  • Wellness Services: Massage therapy, spa services, meditation, etc.

  • Styling & Fashion: Personal styling, occasion styling, wardrobe curation.

  • Tailoring Services: Custom fitting, alteration, designer tailoring.

  • Photography & Tattoo Art: Fashion photography, tattoo and piercing services.

  • Corporate & B2B: Hotel grooming contracts, wellness workshops, etc.

 

 


 

 

4. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Deliver services professionally and on time.

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.

  • Respect client privacy and preferences.

  • Use professional-quality tools and certified products.

  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

  • Resolve disputes amicably and professionally.

  • Use the platform’s booking and communication tools.

  • Follow cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.

 

 


 

 

5. COMMISSION & PAYMENTS

 

 

  • Jollyfer.com may charge a commission or service fee on each booking.

  • Payments to partners will be made weekly/bi-weekly/monthly (as applicable) after deducting platform fees and applicable taxes.

  • All transactions must be done through the platform’s official channels.

 

 


 

 

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

 


You agree to:

 

  • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.

  • Avoid any kind of harassment, abuse, or unprofessional behavior.

  • Not engage in direct solicitation outside the platform.

  • Not misuse customer data or contact details.

  • Not accept or make payments outside the platform.

 

 


 

 

7. SERVICE QUALITY & REVIEWS

 

 

  • Customer feedback will be collected post-service.

  • Negative reviews or repeated complaints may lead to suspension or termination.

  • You are encouraged to maintain a 4-star+ rating for better visibility.

 

 


 

 

8. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

 

 

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may attract penalties.

  • Emergencies must be reported through official communication.

  • You must update your availability regularly to avoid conflicts.

 

 


 

 

9. COMPLIANCE & LIABILITY

 

 

  • You are responsible for complying with local laws and licenses (if required).

  • You shall indemnify Jollyfer.com for any legal issues arising from your services.

  • Jollyfer.com is only a facilitator and not liable for the quality or legality of your services.

 

 


 

 

10. TERMINATION

 


Jollyfer.com may terminate or suspend your access in case of:

 

  • Breach of agreement

  • Customer safety concerns

  • Repeated misconduct or negative feedback

  • Inactivity for prolonged periods

 

 


 

 

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

 

  • You agree not to share platform or customer data with any third party.

  • All communication, rates, and client details must remain confidential.

 

 


 

 

12. BRAND USAGE & PROMOTION

 

 

  • Partners may use Jollyfer.com branding in accordance with guidelines.

  • Promotional offers or campaigns must be approved by the platform.

  • Any independent marketing mentioning Jollyfer.com must be pre-approved.

 

 


 

 

13. MODIFICATIONS

 


Jollyfer.com reserves the right to modify this agreement with due notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

 


 

 

14. JURISDICTION

 


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
